No need to bring toiletries or cleaning supplies - we provide luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers in all 4 bathrooms. Dishwasher pods and dish soap and light cleaning supplies are provided in the kitchen. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided in the laundry room. The entirety of Sagewood Lodge is open to your use and guests will receive a door code to provide access to come and go as desired. Whether you want to relax indoors, unwind out on the patio, soak in the hot tub, or splash in the indoor/outdoor pool, make yourself welcome and at home!

**ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS** This region is hilly and the resort is located on a ridge overlooking Table Rock Lake. Roads are fully paved and there is plenty of parking in front of the lodge. Note: The parking area is currently well-packed gravel. Please exercise caution. ** NO SMOKING INSIDE ** Please refrain from smoking of any kind (including vaping) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ** NO PARTIES/EVENTS ** We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding. Things to note: ✔ There is one security camera located at the front door for guest safety and to assist us in ensuring smooth access to the property ✔ When using community dumpster or outdoor trash bins, make sure the bags are tied tightly and the door is locked to keep animals away ✔ We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs and/or wildlife ✔ This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside ✔ Outdoor Pool is seasonal. Indoor Pool available year-round (subject to limited closure periods). Please bring pool towels or use our provided for the hot tub, but please do not use bath towels for the pool. ✔ The Hot Tub is cleaned and water treated for each stay. Please refrain from using any bath products (oils, bombs, bubble bath, etc.) in hot tub. Please replace cover and latch after each use for safety and temperature regulation. Towels are provided in the laundry room for use during your stay. Children should be supervised at all times. ✔ Please exercise caution and ensure fire pit is turned off when finished using by closing valve on propane tank inside. ✔ Please do not use hair dyes or bleach while staying at Sagewood Lodge. ✔ We strive to provide all listed amenities to our guests always. However, there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening which are beyond our control. All amenities may not be available at all times. **WEATHER** We cannot control the weather and cannot accommodate cancellations/refunds due to weather events. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that would provide coverage for a weather event that would make roads impassable for 4WD vehicles. ** SANITIZATION ** Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
